Rajnikanth-starrer ‘Robot 2.0’ is going to hit the theatres on this 29th of November 2018. The trailer itself has garnered around millions of views. It is the most awaited movie of the year. Akshay Kumar is playing the Antagonist.
Best of both worlds
The stars of the two industries have come together for the movie. So not only the southern version but also the movie is going to be released all over India. The two stars are working together in a movie for the first time in their long careers.

Hollywood Actor, Arnold Schwarzenegger was first approached for the negative role opposite Rajnikanth. After difficulties faced by him in fulfilling some essential Hollywood norms, he was dropped out of the film.
The next choice being Akshay Kumar, he was approached by the ‘2.0’ team, explained the required tiresome work, he said ‘Yes’. The whole project then was begun, a prestigious and a bold effort by our Indian Cinema started.
The other versions and release
The Hindi Version of the movie is going to be released by Karan Johar. Akshay Kumar on being asked about the experience, he said that it was a great challenge for his acting skills. A Milestone for his career as a performer. He also added that he was grateful to be starred opposite Rajnikanth, and to getting punched by him would be bliss.
Akshay who is now up for many social message oriented movies is happy that this movie is also based on a reigning social issue. Viewers are all anxious about the movie experience, tickets are being booked days in advance. Let us await the new tech.
