The only name that echoes from Bollywood to Tollywood and Kollywood is Rana Daggubati. Despite coming from a family with deep-rooted status in the film industry, he has proved himself by playing some amazing roles all through his film career. From his debut film, Rana has been impressing people with his various characters and selecting the stories.
We saw his villianism in Bahubali series and it was so far the most appreciated role played by him. Leaving no stone unturned, the actor has deliberately poured himself into the stellar persona. He even bagged multiple awards for the same. Now, post-Baahubali series, Rana has come up with another role where he donned the character of CM.
The most awaited Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao’s (NTR) biopic has garnered the concentration of nationalized media ever since it went on to the sets.
Rana is playing the character of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, son-in-law of Ex-CM NT Rama Rao. Thus, the first look of Rana Daggubati from the movie was unveiled on Wednesday. In the first look, Rana is seen as a young Chandrababu Naidu. Rana shared it on his Twitter handle with a caption, “#RanaChandraBabuNaidu Shri N.ChandraBabuNaidu 1984 (sic).”

NTR’s son Nandamuri Bala Krishna is playing the role of his father in the biopic. The film went on floors earlier this year at a grand event in Hyderabad. The producers have roped in leading actors of the Indian film industry for the project. Bollywood star Vidya Balan will be seen as NTR’s s wife Basavatarakam.
Bengali actor Jisshu Sengupta will be seen as filmmaker and Dadasaheb Phalke awardee LV Prasad, who launched NTR in films with Mana Desam. Earlier, Teja was announced as the director but due to some reasons, he opted out of the project. Radha Krishna Jagarlamudi was picked to helm the film. He has already directed Bala Krishna in Gautamiputra Satakarni.
