In this regard, every year the Bigg Boss invites people with different backgrounds with controversial pasts, to add spice to the show. It’s the main reason why the show gets huge ratings. It has been years that it is hard to differentiate Salman Khan from Bigg Boss. The actor seems to be an integral part of the show, and pointing fingers at the mechanism of the show are like demeaning Salman Khan himself.

There have been rumors of some celebs like Dipika Kakar and Shaleen Bhanot entering the house of Bigg Boss while the popular comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa have confirmed their entry in the show. And now reports suggest that discarded Indian cricketer S Sreesanth is also one of the participants in Bigg Boss 12.

Sreesanth, who had grabbed a match-winning catch in the final of the T20I World Cup 2007, was handed a life ban by BCCI for his alleged involvement in the in spot-fixing for Rajasthan Royals in IPL 2008. He last played for the Men in Blue in April 2011. Since the imposition of the ban from all BCCI related tournaments, Sreesanth has been fighting a legal battle against the decision.

He also tried his hand in politics as he joined BJP and fought state elections from Thiruvananthapuram but lost. In Bigg Boss 12, the new season will have a new twist where few contestants will be seen in jodis, while few will play as individuals. The entire list of contestants is yet to be unveiled when the show kicks off from September 16. Let’s see what new and interesting the makers bring for viewers this year!
